It’s now certain! The “Leaders of Tomorrow” programme becomes a permanent part of our calendar.

Author/Editor: Maria Anna Furman

The first edition was an intense, moving, and profoundly real experience, full of emotion, the courage to speak about complex matters, and authentic dialogue about the future of humanity, business, and the responsibility of leaders in the world of AI.

I want to thank all the speakers who sat at the table of this debate. Thank you for your honesty, maturity, and willingness to talk not only about successes but also about boundaries, emotions, and values, the very things that created the kind of space we so greatly need today.

Initially, six speakers were to sit at the table.

Life, however, wrote its own script, and an urgent, important matter prevented Violetta Niklas from participating. Her absence was felt, but it also aligned with the truth of this format: leadership is responsible for issues that are sometimes more important than appearing on camera. See you in the next edition.

After this recording, there is no doubt!

This cannot be a one-time event. In the “Leaders of Tomorrow” programme, winners of the Stars Night Awards, leaders recognised for their real impact, meet to discuss the future of humanity and technology.

“Leaders of Tomorrow” will return. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for the courage to share things that sometimes hurt, that were not easy to go through, but ultimately led to great success.

Thank you for the fact that together we created something that truly matters.

You are wonderful, Mariusz Wójcik. Thank you for your candid answers, for touching the hearts of every speaker present, and for the moving feedback you gave me as the creator of the programme.

Martyna Guba, thank you for your presence; you flew to us from Poland carrying a whole luggage of values, and we all felt the weight of your wise words and wise guidance. You are wonderful.

Grażyna Jolanta, thank you for opening your heart so deeply; for everything you felt while answering the questions; for hosting us so beautifully in your Grushka Studio; and for the excellent cooperation.

Tomasz Putynkowski, thank you for your presence, honesty, and for everything.

Paweł Suder, thank you for your strong engagement, for commenting on statements, and for your quick responses. It was truly remarkable.

Olga B. Pietrzak & Aneta Papatolios, thank you for your active participation in asking questions to the programme participants after each round. It harmonised beautifully with the whole.

And this is just the beginning.
