The applicable laws of England and Wales
This procedure applies to complaints relating to:
Ticket purchases;
Delivery of the Event;
Organisation of the Event;
Alleged breaches of consumer rights.
This procedure does not apply to:
The subjective evaluation of the Jury;
Competition results;
Decisions of the Panel, which are final and not subject to appeal.
A complaint must be submitted in writing to:
The submission should include:
Full name;
Contact details;
Ticket number (if applicable);
Description of the issue;
Date of the incident.
Anonymous complaints will not be considered.
A complaint should be submitted within 14 days of the incident date.
The Organiser will review the complaint within 14 working days of receipt.
In justified cases, this period may be extended, and the complainant will be informed accordingly.
The response will be provided in writing (by email).
The Organiser’s decision regarding matters related to the organisation of the Event shall be final, subject to the rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with:

This procedure does not limit the consumer’s right to:
Pursue claims before the competent courts of England and Wales;
Submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authorities (e.g., Trading Standards, ICO in matters relating to personal data).
