§1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Wyspa TV website (“Service”) is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the Service, including the provision of video-on-demand (VOD) services by electronic means.
These Terms constitute a distance contract concluded between the Service Provider and the User.
§2. LEGAL BASIS
Services are provided in accordance with:
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002
Data Protection Act 2018
UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
Applicable laws of England and Wales
§3. NATURE OF SERVICES
The Service provides:
Access to video content in a VOD model,
Sale of access to Wyspa TV Membership content,
Publication of media materials.
Access to selected content may be subject to a subscription fee.
The number of devices and scope of access may be limited in accordance with the offer.
§4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is concluded upon:
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
Successful payment (for paid services).
The User shall receive electronic confirmation of the contract.
§5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
Subscription may be monthly or annual, in accordance with the current offer.
Subscriptions renew automatically for subsequent billing periods unless cancelled prior to the end of the current period.
The subscription may be cancelled via the user account panel or by email.
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
Prices are displayed as gross amounts.
§6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content where:
The User has given prior consent to begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period;
The User has acknowledged that the right to withdraw is thereby lost.
Accessing digital content constitutes a loss of the right to withdraw.
§7. COPYRIGHT
All content available in the Service is the property of Golden Rule Ltd or its licensors.
The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
The following are prohibited:
Copying,
Distribution,
Public performance,
Recording,
Sharing with third parties.
Infringement of copyright may result in civil and criminal liability.
§8. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User undertakes to:
Use the Service in accordance with the law,
Do not share login credentials with third parties.
Do not attempt to compromise system security.
§9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
Technical interruptions beyond its control,
Actions of third-party service providers,
Issues arising from the User’s device or internet connection.
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last subscription period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence,
Fraud.
§10. COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be submitted to:
The complaint must include:
User details,
Description of the issue,
Date of occurrence.
Complaints will be processed within 14 working days.
The complaint procedure does not limit consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
§11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
UK GDPR,
Data Protection Act 2018.

§12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
The Service Provider may suspend or remove an account in the event of:
Breach of these Terms,
Unlawful conduct,
Copyright infringement.
§13. AMENDMENTS
The Service Provider may amend these Terms for important legal or technological reasons.
Users will be notified of changes in advance.
§14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
§15. DIGITAL CONTENT COMPLIANCE
Digital content made available through the Service constitutes “digital content” within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Service Provider ensures that content:
Is supplied as described,
Conforms to the contract,
Is of satisfactory quality,
Is provided with reasonable care and skill.
In the event of defective digital content, the User is entitled to:
Repair,
Re-supply of the content.
§16. CONTENT REMOVAL & PLATFORM DISCRETION
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Temporarily remove content,
Modify the catalogue,
Update the content library.
Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract provided that:
They do not result in a complete loss of access to the Service,
They do not fundamentally alter the nature of the subscription.
§17. ACCOUNT SHARING & SECURITY
User accounts are intended for personal use only.
Sharing login credentials with third parties may result in:
Account suspension,
Termination of the contract without refund.
The Service Provider may implement:
Monitoring of active devices,
Verification of unusual login activity.
§18. DIGITAL ANTI-PIRACY PROTECTION
Content is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
The following are prohibited:
Screen recording,
Unauthorised retransmission,
Publication of excerpts without consent.
Violations may result in:
Damages claims,
Notification to the internet service provider,
Legal action.
§19. PLATFORM INTEGRITY & TECHNICAL DISRUPTION
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability 24/7.
Technical interruptions:
Do not constitute grounds for claims,
Unless they persist continuously for more than 72 hours without reasonable cause.
