NOMINATION REGULATIONS – STARS NIGHT AWARDS 2025

• 1 - General Provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for submitting nominations for Stars Night Awards 2025 via the official nomination form available on the organizer’s website wyspa.tv.
2. The nomination process begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on May 31, 2025.
3. The Audience Star voting period will occur from June 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025.

• 2 - Nomination Process

1. Nominations can only be submitted through the "Submit a Nomination" online form on www.wyspa.tv.
2. Nominations may be submitted by:

* Individuals
* Organizations, associations, and institutions

3. The nomination must include:

* The nominee's full name (individual) or the official name of the organization/company
* A valid email address and phone number of the nominee
* A brief justification outlining the nominee’s achievements and contributions relevant to the selected award category
* Additional supporting materials (optional), such as references, media coverage, or recommendations

• 3 - Nomination Eligibility Criteria

1. Nominations can be submitted for individuals, teams, organizations, or initiatives that meet the criteria of at least one of the official award categories specified in the Stars Night Awards 2025 Regulations.
2. Nominations that lack sufficient justification or contain false information may be rejected.

• 4 - Verification and Selection of Finalists

1. After the nomination period ends, the Competition Committee will review all applications to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
2. The list of finalists will be announced during the Stars Night Awards 2025 Gala Ceremony.

• 5 - Audience Star Voting

1. The Audience Star award is the only category decided exclusively by public vote.
2. Voting for Audience Star will be open from June 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, via www.wyspa.tv.
3. Each participant may cast only one vote (verified through the system using email address authentication).
4. Any attempts to manipulate the results, such as automated voting, will be verified by the system and may result in deductions from the nominee’s score.

• 6 - Final Provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right to:

* Modify the rules and timeline if necessary
* Reject nominations that do not meet the criteria
* Resolve disputes arising from the nomination process

2. The organizer’s decisions regarding the nomination and voting process are final and non-negotiable.

3. Participation in the nomination process implies acceptance of these regulations.
