Workshop Conference Regulations "STOP HATE! - MOTIVATE!"

1. General Provisions
1.1. The workshop conference "STOP HATE! - MOTIVATE!" is organized by WYSPA TV.
1.2. The campaign is conducted under the direction of Ilona Adamska, founder of the social campaign "Nie Hejtuję! - Motywuję."
1.3. The event's purpose is to counteract hate speech and strengthen participants' self-esteem through lectures, panel discussions, and workshops.
1.4. The event targets youth and adults interested in mental health, social values, and personal development.

2. Event Date and Location
2.1. The conference will occur at the location and date indicated on the organizer's website: https://wyspa.tv/pl/spoleczne-inicjatywy?layout=default.
2.2. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and/or date of the event for reasons beyond its control and will promptly inform registered participants.

3. Participation Rules
3.1. Participation in the conference is only possible after prior registration.
3.2. Registration is completed by filling out the form available on the WYSPA TV website. The participant will receive a registration confirmation by email.
3.3. Only individuals who complete the registration process will be able to attend the event.

4. Categories of Participation
4.1. Participant: Gains access to all sessions, panels, and workshops within the conference. Additionally, participants may engage in networking sessions in a friendly atmosphere, with refreshments and beverages provided.
4.2. Exhibitor: Has the opportunity to promote their business by displaying roll-ups, flyers, business cards, and product presentations. The exhibitor's logo will appear on the backdrop, posters, and other promotional materials for the campaign.
4.3. Sponsor: In addition to full exhibitor privileges, the sponsor receives an additional promotional package, including an article about the company on Wyspa TV, enriched with up to 10 professional photos, enhancing the brand's recognition and positioning as an active partner of social initiatives.

5. Event Program
5.1. The program includes inspiring lectures, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities with coffee and refreshments.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule for organizational reasons. All changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

6. Participant Conduct Rules
6.1. Participants are expected to adhere to principles of personal respect and courtesy toward other participants, organizers, and speakers.
6.2. Actions that disrupt the conference proceedings or compromise safety are prohibited.
6.3. In the event of rule violations, the organizer reserves the right to ask the participant to leave the event without a refund.

7. Organizer’s Rights and Responsibilities
7.1. The organizer provides the venue for lectures, panel discussions, and workshops.
7.2. The organizer reserves the right to document the event in the form of photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes. Participation in the event constitutes consent to the use and publication of the participant's likeness.
7.3. The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.

8. Promotional Materials and Media
8.1. Logos, names, marketing materials, and other promotional resources will be used per the terms agreed upon with WYSPA TV.
8.2. The organizer reserves the right to include sponsor and exhibitor logos on promotional materials, social media, and the WYSPA TV website.

9. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
9.1. Participants, exhibitors, and sponsors consent to the processing of personal data necessary for event implementation.
9.2. The organizer is committed to protecting personal data following applicable regulations.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations, and participants will be informed via email.
10.2. Registering for the event constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
10.3. Any disputes will be resolved by the organizer. Matters not regulated in these regulations are subject to generally applicable law.
