AUDIENCE STAR
Stars Night Awards are prizes honouring exceptional individuals whose activities inspire, set new standards, and leave a lasting impact on society. They are awarded to those who, through their passion, hard work, and determination, prove that success is not just a personal triumph but a light that illuminates the path for others.
The organiser of the Stars Night Awards competition is Golden Rule Ltd, based in Liverpool, registered with Companies House under number 12228368
Contact:
1. The Competition Committee, which conducts an independent analysis of applications, evaluates candidates using a scoring system assigned by the Committee.
2. To qualify for the final stage and have a chance to receive an award, nominees must obtain a minimum average score of 8 out of 10 points.
3. The scoring system includes the following evaluation criteria:
* Innovation and uniqueness of actions – innovative approach, breaking patterns, the distinctive nature of the initiative.
* Social impact and inspiration for others – scale of influence, long-term effects, positive environmental change.
* Professionalism, authenticity, and an ethical approach align with the values of the Stars Night Awards, including transparency and quality of action.
* Recognition and sustainability of achievements – long-term significance and continued impact after the project’s completion.
4. Calculation of results:
* Each juror awards points on a scale from 1 to 10 in each category.
* The final score is the average of the scores given by all jury members.
* The Competition Committee may grant more than one award in a given category if multiple finalists achieve comparable, high scores.
5. The Stars Night Awards 2025 prizes will be awarded transparently, and the results will be announced during the official Gala ceremony.
6. Clause regarding the Competition Jury of the Stars Night Awards 2025
* The Competition Jury of Stars Night Awards 2025 consists of 14 independent members, representing various sectors – including media, business, social organisations, and the cultural sector.
* The Jury assigns individual scores to each nominee within their respective category, based on previously established evaluation criteria.
* The average number of points received by a candidate determines the awarding of the Star Symbol statuette.
* The composition of the jury remains confidential until the day of the gala to avoid speculation and ensure transparency of the process.
* The members of the Jury will be officially presented on 11 October 2025 during the awards ceremony in Liverpool.
7. Awards granted as part of the Stars Night Awards are purely symbolic and honorary. They do not carry any material value, are not intended for commercial trade, and do not constitute income within the meaning of tax regulations.
Upon receiving sufficient points from the Jury, Stars Night Awards are granted exclusively to individuals who have declared their attendance at the official award ceremony and purchased a ticket for the event.
Failure to comply with this regulation results in the forfeiture of the right to receive the award, protecting the organiser from so-called "award ghosts" (absent laureates).
The regulation is consistent with the practice of professional international events.
1. Audience Star is the only award granted exclusively based on public voting.
2. Voting period: The voting will occur on www.wyspa.tv from June 1 to August 31, 2025.
3. Voting rules:
* Each participant can cast only one vote.
* Verification is done through an email address (system verification prevents multiple votes from the same account).
4. Prohibited practices:
* Any attempts to manipulate the results (e.g., using automated voting systems or generating fake accounts) will result in the nominee's annulment of votes and potential disqualification.
* The Organizer has the right to verify the accuracy of voting during the competition.
5. Announcement of the winner:
* The public vote results will be announced during the Stars Night Awards 2025 Gala Ceremony.
* The person or initiative with the most valid votes will receive the Audience Star Award.
1. The Organizer reserves the right to monitor and audit the scoring and voting process to ensure fairness and integrity in the competition.
2. Decisions made by the Competition Committee are final and cannot be appealed.
3. The regulations may be adjusted or supplemented if required by circumstances while maintaining the principles of transparency in the evaluation process.
4. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these regulations.
5. The organiser reserves the right to remove a nomination at any time without stating a reason, deemed in the best interest of the competition.
6. The personal data of participants, nominees, and voters is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR provisions outlined on the website in the Privacy Policy.
7. Individual provisions:
Any situations not covered by this regulation, arising from individual expectations, assumptions or exceptional circumstances of the participant, require prior agreement with the organiser and do not apply without their written or email confirmation.
