TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE

STARS NIGHT AWARDS 2026

(applicable within England and Wales)

  • 1. ORGANISER

The seller of tickets and organiser of the Stars Night Awards 2026 event (the “Event”) is:

The purchase of a ticket constitutes the conclusion of a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Golden Rule Ltd.

  • 2. NATURE OF THE EVENT

Stars Night Awards 2026 is an event organised on a specific date and at a specific venue, of a ceremonial, media, and formal character.

The number of seats is limited, and the Event is delivered exclusively on the specified date.

  • 3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contract is concluded at the moment successful payment is made.
The Buyer will receive electronic confirmation of the purchase.
The ticket price is presented as a total (gross) price.
All mandatory fees are displayed prior to payment.

The contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • 4. NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (STATUTORY EXEMPTION)

Pursuant to Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day statutory right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for services related to events taking place on a specific date or within a specific period.

Accordingly:

Tickets for the Stars Night Awards 2026 are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of cancellation.

  • 5. REFUND POLICY
    1. General Rule

Tickets are non-refundable except in the situations specified below.

2. Event Cancellation

In the event of full cancellation of the Event by the Organiser, the Buyer shall be entitled to:

A full refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the announcement of the cancellation.

The refund covers only the face value of the ticket and does not include additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, banking fees).

3. Postponement of the Event

In the event of a change of date:

The ticket remains valid for the new date.
The Buyer may request a refund within 14 days from the announcement of the new date.

After this period, the ticket remains valid and non-refundable.

4. Material Change to the Event

If a material change occurs affecting the nature of the Event (e.g., relocation to a different city), the Buyer may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of such change.

The determination of whether a change is material shall be made by the Organiser in accordance with the principle of proportionality and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation or changes to the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including:

Decisions of public authorities;
Public health emergencies;
Natural disasters;
Acts of terrorism;
Events preventing the venue's use.

In such cases, the Organiser may:

Offer a new date.
Refund the ticket price to the extent that funds have not been irreversibly expended.

  • 6. TICKET TRANSFER

Tickets are issued in the attendee's name.

Changes to attendee details are permitted only upon prior written request submitted no later than 7 days before the Event.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose details do not match the name on the ticket.

Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited.

  • 7. REFUSAL OF ENTRY

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a participant in cases of:

Breach of the Event regulations;
Aggressive or unsafe behaviour;
Violation of the Licensing Act 2003;
Conduct contrary to the Equality Act 2010.

In such cases, no refund shall be issued.

  • 8. PAYMENTS AND CHARGEBACKS

In the event of an unjustified payment reversal (chargeback), the Organiser reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through legal means.

The Organiser may refer the matter for debt recovery in accordance with applicable law.

  • 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organiser shall not be liable for:

Indirect financial losses;
Loss of profit;
Travel and accommodation costs.

The Organiser’s total liability shall be limited to the price of the purchased ticket.

  • 10. COMPLAINTS

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 working days.

  • 11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
