The organiser of the nomination process for the Stars Night Awards 2026 (“Awards”) is:

The Awards are organised within the Wyspa TV media platform.
The nomination process aims to identify candidates for awards granted as part of the Stars Night Awards 2026.
Submitting a nomination does not constitute:
qualification for the Competition,
granting of an award,
publication of the nomination,
invitation to the Gala.
The Organiser retains full and exclusive discretion to accept, reject or withdraw any nomination.
A nomination may be submitted by:
an individual with full legal capacity,
a business entity,
an organisation,
an institution.
The submitter bears full responsibility for the content of the nomination.
Nominations may only be submitted via the official nomination form available at www.wyspa.tv
The submission should include:
full name of the nominee,
award category,
justification of the nomination,
contact details of the submitter,
required declarations.
The Organiser may request additional information or supporting documentation.
Incomplete submissions or those containing formal deficiencies may be left without consideration.
The submitter declares that:
The information provided is true, accurate and not misleading.
They have a lawful basis to provide the nominee’s personal data.
The nomination does not infringe personal rights, copyright or other rights of third parties.
The nominee has been informed of the nomination.
The nomination is not defamatory and does not constitute an attempt to manipulate the competition process.
The submitter agrees to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless against any claims arising from false information, legal violations or infringement of third-party rights.
The Organiser reserves the right to:
verify the information contained in the submission,
contact the nominee,
refuse acceptance of a nomination without providing reasons,
Withdraw a nomination at any stage.
The Organiser’s decisions regarding the qualification of nominations are final and not subject to appeal.
The Organiser may refuse or withdraw a nomination if:
information emerges that may damage the reputation of the Awards,
The nominee is subject to ongoing criminal proceedings,
the nominee’s actions are contrary to ethical standards, public interest or the values of the Awards.
This right also applies after the public announcement of nominations.
The Audience Star award is granted pursuant to a separate public voting regulation.
The Organiser reserves the right to:
verify votes,
remove votes deemed unfair or fraudulent,
disqualify a nominee in the event of manipulation,
invalidate part or all of the voting process.
Decisions regarding the integrity of the voting process are final.
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR),
Data Protection Act 2018.
The legal basis for processing is:
consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), or
the legitimate interests of the Organiser (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

Submissions containing information that is:
false,
defamatory,
unlawful,
may result in:
rejection of the nomination,
exclusion from the Competition,
referral to the appropriate authorities in accordance with the Defamation Act 2013 and the applicable laws of England and Wales.
Any attempt to influence the nomination process, offer financial or personal benefits, or otherwise manipulate the procedure constitutes a breach of the Bribery Act 2010 and will result in immediate exclusion from the Awards.
Submitting a nomination does not create any entitlement or claim against the Organiser regarding:
media publication,
promotional activity,
participation in the Gala,
granting of an award.
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
