At a time when more and more is being said about health, while more and more people are living in tension, haste, and emotional overload, the “Fall in Love with Health” event became a space for an important conversation about the human being. The meeting, organised by Grażyna Jolanta, owner of Grushka Studio, was an attempt to pause and look at health more broadly, not only through the prism of the body, but also of peace, relationships, sleep, self-acceptance and everyday choices.
In conversation with Maria Anna Furman, the organiser emphasised that “Fall in Love with Health” is a natural continuation of the “Fall in Love with Yourself” project, which, in previous editions, touched on areas such as business, stress, weight loss, and the holiday season. This time, health became the central theme because it is the foundation of everything. Without health, even the best plans cease to matter.

One of the strongest points of the event was Fryderyk Karzełek's speech, the main speaker of the meeting. It was his presence that gave the event additional significance and attracted many participants interested not only in health but also in personal development, agency, and changing the way of thinking. Fryderyk shared many stories from his life with the participants, without avoiding difficult, painful, or courageous topics. He spoke about experiences that teach humility, but also show that a person can emerge from crisis stronger if they learn to ask themselves the right questions.
However, the event was not limited to a lecture format. It was also a place for conversations, meetings and the exchange of experiences. Grażyna Jolanta spoke about the fact that modern people today have enormous access to knowledge, but at the same time are increasingly losing their peace. Too many stimuli, phone calls, messages, pressure and constant tension make people tired not only physically, but also internally. In this sense, “Fall in Love with Health” became a response to the need to pause and regain balance.
The subject of relationships also strongly resonated in the conversation. The organiser pointed out that around the “Fall in Love with Yourself” project, a community of people who are more aware, more mature and focused on growth has begun to form. Some leave, others appear in their place, but this does not happen in a selective way. It is rather a natural process in which a person creates space for people with whom they are truly aligned. That is precisely why the event attracts those who want not only to listen but also to build valuable connections and be part of an environment based on good energy and mutual support.
The meeting had an open character. There were no closed entry thresholds or artificial elitism. As Grażyna emphasised, the invitation was addressed to everyone who wants to devote time to themselves, meet inspiring people and take care of their development in an atmosphere of kindness. It was precisely this open nature that drew many new faces among both the guests and the exhibitors.
An important element of the event was also the presence of companies and individuals connected with natural health care, a holistic approach and personal development.
During the event, an important announcement concerning the further development of this community was also made. Grażyna Jolanta announced that on 25 April 2026, the opening of Fryderyk Karzełek’s 555 Club will take place, and its leader is Grażyna Jolanta. This information was received as a natural extension of the ideas that resonated throughout the entire meeting. For many participants, this may have meant that “Fall in Love with Health” does not end with one event, but becomes part of a larger process of building an environment based on growth, awareness and mutual support.
“Fall in Love with Health”, therefore, turned out to be something more than an event devoted to a healthy lifestyle. It was a meeting about contemporary fatigue, about the need to pause, about the value of good relationships and about the courage to return to oneself. And the presence of Fryderyk Karzełek as the main speaker, his personal stories, practical guidance, and the announcement of the opening of the 555 Club gave the event not only an inspirational dimension but also a very concrete dimension for further action.

Modern health-focused events are no longer limited to discussions about diet, fitness or prevention. More and more often, they show that health also begins with the quality of our relationships, stress levels, sleep hygiene, the ability to slow down and the daily choices that shape mental wellbeing. “Fall in Love with Health” reflected this direction very clearly. Fryderyk Karzełek’s presence added a practical and inspirational dimension to the event, as his personal stories showed that growth and rebuilding one’s life begin with responsibility, awareness and readiness for change.
