Dear Viewers

Author/Editor: Maria Anna Furman

As we reflect on the departing year 2025, we would like to share what this year has meant for our station.

One could say it was everything for us:

It was intense, beautiful, complex, and truthful.

A year that taught us and tested us.

It was the most demanding and intense year we have experienced

a year full of work, relationships, project development and moments we proudly record in the pages of our history.

From the beginning of 2025, we were with you wherever something meaningful was happening.

We began 2025 with coverage of the Polish Ball in London, the most prestigious Polish diaspora event, and we value our collaboration with it.

We also signed an agreement for the distribution of the animated film “Quo Vadis”, opening an entirely new area of activity for us.

Wyspa TV provided media patronage to numerous local initiatives

to support those who passionately create culture, entrepreneurship, and social action in our region.

We attended concerts, conferences, premieres, and other events, delivering high-quality coverage for you.

We also supported the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) with our patronage.

This year, we also delivered two major conferences in Liverpool and Manchester under the theme “STOP HATE! MOTIVATE!”

Featuring speakers, leaders and residents who created a space for dialogue on respect and responsibility.

We were present at patriotic events organised by the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Manchester,

as well as at numerous press conferences, where awareness, community and dialogue are being shaped.

It was also a great honour for us to receive a nomination at the National Diversity Awards.

This is evidence that Wyspa TV's work has a tangible impact on the international community.

We also took part in the next edition of National Reading,

For which we received a beautiful letter of thanks from the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, and the First Lady.

We delivered another edition of the Stars Night Awards, our international project with global reach,

whose third edition took place on 11 October at the Marriott Hotel in Liverpool.

It was a tremendous honour to host the Lord Mayor of Liverpool and other distinguished honorary guests, whose presence underscored the significance and uniqueness of this event.

The gala, which welcomed guests from eight countries, became one of the most significant Polish diaspora events in northern England.

We also delivered the first edition of the programme titled:

“Leaders of Tomorrow: The Power of Brand, The Power of Human vs AI,

featuring laureates of the Stars Night Awards.

The project received remarkable recognition, and you will see its following editions in the coming year.

It was a year full of challenges.

A year in which many people joined us… and a few had to part ways with us.

Wyspa TV is a project built on morality, pure intentions, loyalty and responsibility.

We do not collaborate with those who bring chaos, lack ethics or act dishonestly.

We are not interested in hate, promiscuity, betrayal or toxic behaviours.

In a world where principles are becoming rare, we aim to be the contrast.

We create a space for those who want to act with integrity, beauty and responsibility.

Now, it is time to look ahead.

In 2026, we will bring you:

– the next edition of the Stars Night Awards,

– the continued development of Leaders of Tomorrow,

– new film and cultural projects,

– and further growth of Wyspa TV as a station that brings value, truth, and a contrast to what is commonly available in mainstream media.

At the same time,

we would like to wish you a Happy New Year.

May it bring peace, strength, prosperity, wise people around you,

and dreams you will have the courage to fulfil.
