Liverpool is counting down the hours to the grand event. On Saturday, October 11th, as the city slowly begins to settle into the evening rhythm, the prestigious Marriott Hotel in the centre will turn into a place where every detail shines like in a Hollywood movie.
Let us imagine a red carpet already laid out in front of the entrance since the afternoon, drawing the eyes of passersby. Photographers are ready for action, cameras at the ready. Guests arrive in elegant outfits, and the light of the flashes is visible from afar; the air is filled with excitement. On stage, interview after interview – these are the first moments when nominees and artists share their emotions before the gala begins.
When the doors of the banquet hall open, guests will move to beautifully set tables. On the plates will appear three exquisite dishes prepared especially for this occasion. In the background, music will play, setting the mood for the evening. In the air floats not only the aroma of the dinner but also the anticipation of what is to come next.
In the flash of cameras – the red carpet host Katie O’Callaghan. Her entrance arouses enthusiasm, and the hall instantly fills with energy. Katie is a true star; she has years of work with BBC and ITV behind her, and her brilliance makes everyone feel part of this spectacle.
The highlight of the evening is the Stars Night Awards ceremony. Presentation of the nominees, a moment of suspense and the announcement of the winners. The hall resounds again and again with applause, and the statuettes go into the hands of those whose work and attitude inspire others. Each laureate receives an elegant certificate with a solemn formula confirming that the award is a symbol of lasting recognition.
This evening also has a place for the magic of music. On the stage appears an artist in the role of Celine Dion Tribute, and for a moment it seems as if we were at a concert of one of the greatest stars in the world. The audience silently absorbs the emotions, only to fall back into rhythm in a moment when Muna takes over the stage with her energetic belly dance.
Also appearing on stage will be Bożena Kiełbińska, an opera singer from Kraków, whose voice will fill the hall with classical sound and add a note of elegance to the evening.
Then the hall transforms into a dance floor, and the DJ plays sets that get everyone moving.
For a moment, everyone is stopped by the charity raffle. Guests draw prizes from a stay at the Marriott Hotel to unique vouchers and gift sets. Each purchased ticket holds a deeper meaning, as it supports the education of children at the Polish Veterans of the UNTAC Peacekeeping Mission School in Cambodia.
Midnight is the time for a toast and the sharing of the jubilee cake celebrating the fourth anniversary of Wyspa TV. It is a symbolic moment. And after everything? The fun continues until the late hours of the night. VIP guests had the opportunity to tour Liverpool the day before and, on the gala day, enjoyed limousine rides with a glass of champagne in hand.
This night, Liverpool is the capital of inspiration, a place where culture, business, and passion meet at one table. It is here that new stories and memories are created that will be told for a long time to come.
