From 27 to 29 June 2025, a unique event will take place in the picturesque setting of Radford Mill Farm near Bristol—the CUD Festival: Body, Mind, Soul. It is one of the most holistic and inspiring events in the Polish community calendar in the UK, focused on spiritual, personal, and communal development.
The festival was created for those who wish to pause the rush of everyday life, strengthen their inner resources, and meet others in an atmosphere of openness and authenticity. The organisers have prepared a rich programme where everyone can find something for themselves, regardless of age or experience working with the body and emotions.
Among the many attractions are developmental lectures and workshops led by experienced practitioners and teachers of spirituality, bodywork, and creativity. Participants will also be able to take part in artistic and musical sessions and workshops, which offer opportunities for self-expression and building connections within the group.
A special highlight will be the performance by Gooral, an artist renowned for uniquely blending electronic music with Highland folk tradition. His presence will bring energy and depth to the festival, and the evening concerts are sure to remain long in the memory of those attending.
CUD Festival also offers unique experiences to empower the spirit, including walking barefoot on fire and arrow-breaking exercises – symbolic acts of overcoming personal fears and limitations. A vital element of the event is the activities specially designed for children, making the festival ideal for the whole family.
The organisers emphasise a connection with nature and authentic human encounters, creating a space for those seeking a deeper bond with themselves and the world around them.
Wyspa TV, the event's official media partner, proudly supports it and promotes the values of community, growth, and inspiration.
