The workshop conference for youth and adults, "STOP HATE! - MOTIVATE!" is a unique event aimed at combating hate speech and strengthening self-esteem within our community. The program includes inspiring lectures, panel discussions, and workshops that will help participants understand how to deal with hate and how to build a healthy sense of self-worth in school, work, and business.

By participating in the Campaign, you gain a unique opportunity to engage in a vital discussion on hate speech and the challenges it presents. Participating in the Campaign also offers valuable networking opportunities in a welcoming atmosphere, complete with refreshments.

  • Lecture by Ilona Adamska, founder of the "Kampania Nie hejtuję - motywuję" (Campaign Against Hate - I Motivate)
  • Panel discussion with experts in pedagogy and psychology.
  • Workshops on personal development and strengthening self-esteem.

Ilona Adamska

Ilona Adamska - Master of Philosophy (specializing in Ethics), a graduate of a 3-year doctoral program at UKSW in Warsaw. Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the magazines Imperium Kobiet and Law Business Quality, as well as six lifestyle websites. Author and editor of 15 books and e-books. Organizer of national awards for women in business: Lwice Biznesu (Lionesses of Business) and Diamenty Kobiecego Biznesu (Diamonds of Women’s Business). Founder of the Women's Forum. Ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship.

Organizer of numerous charitable initiatives. Creator of the nationwide social campaign under the patronage of the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Justice, No Hate - Motivate, with ambassadors including Weronika and Teresa Rosati, the band Blue Cafe, Piotr Kupicha, Katarzyna Pakosińska, Katarzyna Miller, Krystian Wieczorek, Jasiek Mela, Daria Widawska, and others.

She supports women in the SME sector and has been honoured with numerous awards, including the Businesswoman of the Year 2017 statuette, awarded by the National Bureau of Certification for supporting women’s entrepreneurship. Co-recipient of the 1st place award in the "STAR OF INSPIRATION" category at the Stars Night Awards 2024 in The Royal Liver Building, Liverpool, United Kingdom. She is the President of the European Women’s Business Club and the Academy of Conscious Brand Building. She is also a motivator, inspirer, and speaker at women’s conferences.
