Where a woman regains her voice, change begins.

Milena Juszczak-Marciniak created a development group, opening the door to a world where Polish women from different countries come together to grow, gain experience, and progress through various stages. A world where they can truly connect – not just virtually, but through a shared language of courage, passion and mutual support.

The project “Przestrzeń Projektantek Życia” (The Life Designers’ Space) is much more than an online community. It’s an international platform for exchanging potential. A place where a woman is no longer alone with an idea, a challenge, or a dream. Here, she can ask questions, run her training, find a mentor, a co-founder, or even a true friend.

It is a space designed with insight and vision, supported by modern tools (such as the Circle platform), but built on values that never grow old: authenticity, trust, sharing knowledge and mutual support in both personal and professional development.

But Milena didn’t stop at the idea stage. For years, she has been organising conferences, webinars, networking events, and spaces for real action, such as the “Wreszcie JA” (Finally Me) project, which helped hundreds of women start speaking in their voice. Women who, in one defining moment, decided: “This is my time. And my life.”

Thanks to her work, women from Poland, the UK and many other countries are regaining a sense of agency in their lives. They are starting businesses and developing their talents. Letting go of fear. Her platform doesn’t offer formulas – it teaches independence.

And that is the greatest gift of all.
