For over three decades, this courage has been embodied by Prof. Dr Grażyna Czubińska – an experienced sexologist, family counsellor, and academic lecturer. Prof. Czubińska is also the author of extensive scientific research on how emigration affects Poles' intimate and family lives. Her study entitled “Emigration and the Change of Ethnic-Cultural Environment as a Factor Influencing the Modification of Sexual Attitudes and Behaviours of Poles in the United Kingdom after 2004” represents a significant contribution to research on cultural and psychosexual adaptation. She has also co-authored reports on the impact of Brexit on the lives of Polish families in the UK.

These interdisciplinary analyses combine psychological, social, and sexological knowledge, helping to understand the real consequences of migration and social change for the Polish diaspora.

Her professional activity, spanning both the United Kingdom and Poland, focuses on supporting Poles living in London and other parts of the world who face challenges in their romantic, family, and psychosexual relationships. Running a specialised counselling practice in the British capital, Prof. Czubińska provides individual therapy and engages in wide-reaching educational initiatives, sharing reliable knowledge, debunking myths, and promoting healthy, open communication within relationships. She addresses complex subjects – from lack of intimacy to marital crises – with sensitivity and professionalism, offering people tools to better understand themselves and their relationships.

Thanks to her empathy, vast experience, and passion for her mission, she has gained the trust of thousands of individuals who, thanks to her support, have found their way to a better emotional and family life.
