Stars Night Awards 2024 was initiated by Wyspa TV pioneers. Nomination decisions were made in the second year of this initiative, which we aim to continue for years to come. Courage and visionary approaches have inspired many to tackle challenges that once seemed impossible. We have the opportunity to appreciate and reward exceptional individuals and projects. Our initiative has shown that sometimes just one person or team can inspire others to take action. Stars Night Awards 2024 will culminate in a spectacular finale, providing a unique occasion to honour winners and thank all participants. During the ceremony, the hosts will present contest winners and highlight their achievements and contributions. Awards will be presented amidst distinguished guests, making the ceremony even more spectacular and exciting. For our winners, the announcement is an honour and a recognition of their work. After receiving awards, winners may deliver a brief speech.

As organizers of the prestigious Stars Night Awards 2024, we ensure the entire process is fair and transparent:
1. The Stars Night Awards 2024 will take place on October 5, 2024, at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool from 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
2. Participation Rules:
Each person must attend with a personalized valid ticket and present a valid ID for ticket verification at the entrance. This is a security requirement for all participants.
3. Dress Code:
Ladies – evening gown | Gentlemen – suit.
4. Awards:
Trophies for deserving individuals will be awarded by the Wyspa TV Board and the Honorary Board, which also serves as the competition jury. The Audience Star will be selected by Wyspa TV subscribers via voting, using the free code STARSNIGHT2024 on www.wyspa.tv, chosen from all nominations.
5. Conduct Rules:
Guidelines outline accepted and prohibited behaviours, ensuring safety and comfort during the event. Acceptable behaviours include respecting others' privacy, using polite language, following designated areas, and adhering to safety rules. Prohibited behaviours include aggression, profanity, smoking in restricted areas, and consuming alcohol or substances in prohibited places. Violations may result in warnings, ejection, or involving security services.
6. Organizer Responsibility:
The organizer will strive to ensure maximum participant safety, taking steps to identify and minimize event-related risks and prevent accidents, and injuries. Any damages caused by participants to the Royal Liver Building will be recorded and transferred to the event insurer.
7. Photography and Filming Rules:
Photographers, camera operators, and media representatives will be present, following ethical and legal standards. Cameras and photographers will be present everywhere except in restrooms. Ticket holders consent to the free use of their images for promotional purposes under the event's theme: Stars Night Awards 2024.

For projects or initiatives introducing significant innovations, changing perspectives in a field.
6. LEADER STAR:
Individuals or organizations significantly impact the community through charitable, social, or environmental work.
7. VISIONARY STAR:
Individuals driving significant changes in industry or society with vision and determination.
8. STAR OF INSPIRATION:
For someone whose story or achievements inspire others to take action and develop personally.
9. PR STAR:
For effective communication, recognizing those managing public relations with exceptional skill.
10. AUDIENCE STAR:
Chosen by viewers/subscribers for the most favoured candidate.

Nominees for the Stars Night Awards 2024 are selected by the Wyspa TV Board and the Honorary Board, the organizer | Golden Rule LTD Board:
1. The organizer has the right to select nominees and decide on award allocation.
2. The organizer must notify nominees about their nomination and the award ceremony's time and place.
3. Award announcements occur during the Stars Night Awards 2024.
4. The organizer's decision is final and cannot be appealed or contested.
5. Nominees agree to the regulations, purchase an event ticket, and consent to use their image and personal data for promotional purposes. Attendance is required to hear the verdict and receive awards.
6. The regulations are effective from the organizer's announcement and remain valid throughout the nomination and award process.
7. The organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations at any time without explanation.
8. Disputes related to nominations and awards will be resolved by the court relevant to the organizer’s location.

These regulations outline general rules, procedures, and solutions for complaints or dispute resolutions, aiming for transparency and clarity in the final process, and protecting both parties' rights.

Each nominated person wishing to attend the Stars Night Awards 2024 Gala on October 5, 2024, must purchase an entry ticket. Two types of tickets are available: Standard and VIP, catering to participants' preferences.
