STATEMENT Subject: Termination of collaboration with a former honorary team member

In light of the recent circulation of false and defamatory information among individuals connected to the Wyspa TV project, we hereby present the organisation official position.

On 27 October 2025, a decision was made to terminate collaboration with one of the former honorary team members, whose role was intended to support activities aimed at fostering relationships and internal communication within the organisation.

This decision was made following breaches of ethical and cooperative principles, as well as conduct that escalated conflicts — behaviour that stands in clear contradiction to the values upon which our organisation operates.

After the termination of the collaboration, instances of false and misleading information were observed, intended to undermine the project's reputation and the individuals involved.

Such statements are entirely untrue and constitute an attempt to manipulate public opinion.

Golden Rule Ltd and Wyspa TV take all forms of defamation or harassment extremely seriously.

The organisation reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under the Defamation Act 2013 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 should such actions continue.
