§1 General Provisions:

The "Stars Night Awards 2024" contest is organized on the occasion of the third anniversary of Wyspa TV, a project by Golden Rule Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

The purpose of the contest is to recognize individuals, projects, or initiatives that have significantly contributed to the promotion of culture, art, innovation, societal impact, or other fields, presented globally through Wyspa TV.
Participation in the contest is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 Nomination Rules:

Anyone interested can nominate by correctly filling out and submitting the application form available on the Wyspa TV website.
Anyone can nominate any number of candidates, but a candidate can only be nominated once in the current edition of the contest and category.
Nominations must include a justification of why the candidate deserves the Stars Night Awards 2024.

§3 Categories and Criteria:

The contest will be conducted in several categories, which will be announced by the Organizer at the beginning of the contest edition.
Nomination evaluation criteria include originality, societal/cultural/industry impact, innovation, engagement, and contribution to the development of the candidate's field.

§4 Committee Composition and Selection Process:

The award winners are decided by the Contest Committee, consisting of the Golden Rule Ltd Board, including WyspaTV, and the Honorary Board.
The decisions of the Committee are final and cannot be appealed.
The Committee makes selections based on the submissions and justifications in the nomination form.

§5 Nomination Evaluation and Awarding Process:

These regulations define the rules for awarding prizes during the Stars Night Awards 2024 ceremony.

The purpose of the awards is to recognize individuals for their exceptional achievements and contributions in their field.

The Contest Committee, consisting of 8 members, evaluates the nominees based on the descriptions of their work and achievements.

§6 Voting Procedure:

Each committee member evaluates each candidate by awarding points on a scale from 1 to 10.

The scores from all committee members are summed to obtain the total score for each candidate.

Nominees who exceed the established point threshold qualify to receive the award.

§7 Point Threshold:

To become an award winner, a nominee must achieve a minimum average score of 8 points (out of 10 possible) from each committee member.

If candidates do not reach the required threshold, the awards may not be given, or the committee may decide to lower the point threshold.

§8 Tiebreakers:

In the event of a tie among nominees exceeding the point threshold, the committee will conduct an additional round of voting.
§9 Announcement of Results:
The voting results will be announced during the Stars Night 2024 ceremony.

The committee's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Any disputes related to the poll will be resolved by the organizer of the Stars Night Awards 2024.

§10 Awards and Distinctions:

Main Awards: Winners will receive trophies funded by the award sponsor. Additionally, each winner will have the opportunity to present their project or achievement on stage, with about 2 minutes of presentation time.

Special Distinctions: Nominees receiving special distinctions from the Committee will have an additional 1 minute to present on stage during the event.
Each nominee will receive a participation certificate.

11 Announcement of Results and Awards:

The contest results and the names of the winners will be announced during the Stars Night Awards 2024 gala on October 5, 2024, at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, and on the Wyspa TV website and social media.
Winners will receive trophies, a Star Symbol, and promotion in Wyspa TV-related media.

12 Final Provisions:

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these regulations.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations for important reasons, informing participants via the contest website.
In matters not regulated by these rules, the general provisions of civil law apply.
The contest is international, with great potential to promote the nominees, who benefit significantly from participating in the poll. Therefore, we urge participants to take this contest seriously.

PROVISIONS for AUDIENCE STAR!
In the Stars Night Awards 2024 contest, among all nominees, an AUDIENCE STAR will be selected, and voted on by all Wyspa TV subscribers.

Rules for Voting for AUDIENCE STAR:
Anyone who wants to vote for their favourite candidate participating in the Audience Star category of the Stars Night Awards 2024 poll will receive a FREE monthly subscription with the code: STARSNIGHT2024.
This subscription will enable participation in voting for their favourite candidate for the AUDIENCE STAR title.
We urge fair voting, with one person casting one vote.
If the system detects an attempt to unfairly gain votes for a selected candidate, appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken. The person involved, along with all votes cast from various email addresses, will be removed from the participant list.

People who are not yet Wyspa TV subscribers but want to participate in voting must purchase at least a one-month Wyspa TV subscription.

Award:
If one of the nominees wins the title of AUDIENCE STAR and also achieves the required point threshold during the committee's voting, they will receive a special distinction in the form of a symbolic "Double Star" crown. This symbolizes special recognition from both the committee and the audience.
All contests organized by Wyspa TV will be conducted similarly, fully utilizing their own systems and technologies to ensure a smooth and fair voting process.

Prize Draw for Voters:
Among all subscribers participating in the voting process, THREE attractive prizes will be drawn. This is our way of thanking you for your engagement and participation in choosing the AUDIENCE STAR.

Winners will be selected by drawing among all those who cast their vote for the AUDIENCE STAR.

Announcement of Results for Voters:
The winners of the draw will be announced on the Wyspa TV website and social media.
