§1 Introduction:

1.1. Submission in the nomination process for Stars Night Wyspa TV 2024. This document sets out the rules and guidelines for submitting nominations for the various award categories. By participating in the nomination process, you agree to abide by these rules.

§2 Nomination Period:

2.1. Nominations will be accepted from February 16, 2024, to May 31, 2024. Submissions received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

§3 Eligibility:

3.1. Nominators must provide complete and accurate information in the contact form.
3.2. Nominees can be individuals or organizations that have made a significant contribution to their field in the last year.
3.3. All nominees wishing to attend the awards ceremony are required to purchase a ticket to the Stars Night Wyspa TV 2024 event.

§4 Nomination Categories:

4.1. Nominations must be submitted in one of the following categories:

• PROJECT STAR
• STYLE ICON STAR
• DEBUT STAR
• ARTISTIC STAR
• INNOVATION STAR
• LEADER STAR
• VISIONARY STAR
• STAR OF INSPIRATION
• PR STAR
• BUSINESS STAR (exclusive to sponsorship offers)
• AUDIENCE STAR (audience award selected outside the competition)

§5 Submission Guidelines:

5.1. Fill out the nomination form with the nominator's and nominee's details, including the reason for nomination (up to 500 characters) and a detailed description of the nominee’s achievements (up to 2000 characters).
5.2. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, including consent for personal data processing and agreement to be contacted.

§6 Selection Process:

6.1. The Management Board of Golden Rule LTD together with the Wyspa TV team will evaluate all nominations, except for the "Audience Star," which will be selected by the votes of Wyspa TV subscribers.
6.2. As a thank you for subscriber activity, Wyspa TV will conduct a draw among actively voting subscribers, awarding prizes to three winners.
6.3. The results will be announced on our pages.

§7 Special Draws:

7.1. A "Lucky Name" draw will take place during the event, offering participants the chance to win exciting prizes.
7.2. There will also be a draw for a Jubilee Prize to celebrate the third anniversary of Wyspa TV. This will be a unique and valuable prize.

§8 Privacy and Data Use:

8.1. By submitting a nomination, you consent to the processing of personal data for nomination purposes and agree to the contest's privacy policy.
8.2. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled out for the submission to be valid.

§9 Conclusion and Consent for Image Publication:

9.1. Participation in the Stars Night Wyspa TV 2024 nomination process implies acceptance of these rules. Wyspa TV reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the awards.
9.2. Participation in the event constitutes unequivocal consent to the free publication of one’s image for promotional purposes of Stars Night Wyspa TV 2024 on all websites and social media platforms, as well as in marketing activities.

We want to inform you that each nominee wishing to participate in the Stars Night 2024 ceremony, scheduled for October 5th, 2024, must purchase an admission ticket. Two types of tickets are available, Standard and VIP, allowing participants to tailor their attendance to their preferences.

A ticket purchase is essential for confirming attendance at the Gala and enables the organizers to ensure the highest standard of event preparation and service. The choice of ticket type depends on your preferences regarding the manner of participation in the Gala.
