§1 Introduction:

1.1. Submission in the nomination process for Stars Night Awards 2024.
This document outlines the rules and guidelines for submitting nominations in various award categories. By participating in the nomination process, you agree to abide by these rules.

§2 Nomination Period:

2.1. Nominations will be accepted from February 16, 2024, to May 31, 2024. Submissions received outside this period will not be considered.

§3 Eligibility:

3.1. Nominators must provide complete and truthful information in the contact form.
3.2. Nominees can be individuals or organizations that have made a significant contribution to their field in the past year.
3.3. All nominees wishing to participate in the awards ceremony must purchase a ticket for the Stars Night Awards 2024 event; otherwise, they will not be able to attend the ceremony.

§4 Nomination Categories:

4.1. Nominations must be correctly submitted by filling out the form in one of the following categories:

- PROJECT STAR
- STYLE ICON STAR
- DEBUT STAR
- ARTISTIC STAR
- INNOVATION STAR
- LEADER STAR
- VISIONARY STAR
- STAR OF INSPIRATION
- PR STAR

- AUDIENCE STAR (public choice award nominated outside the competition)

§5 Submission Guidelines:

5.1. Fill out the nomination form, providing details of the nominator and the nominee, including the reason for the nomination (up to 500 characters) and a detailed description of the nominee's achievements (up to 2000 characters).
5.2. Accept the regulations and privacy policy, including consent to the processing of personal data and agreement to be contacted.

§6 Selection Process:

6.1. The Golden Rule LTD Board, in conjunction with the Honorary Board, will evaluate all nominations, except for "AUDIENCE STAR," which will be chosen by votes from Wyspa TV subscribers.
6.2. As a token of appreciation for subscriber activity, Wyspa TV will conduct a draw among active voting subscribers, selecting three prize winners.
6.3. Results will be announced on our websites.

§7 Privacy and Data Usage:

7.1. By submitting a nomination, you consent to the processing of personal data for nomination purposes and agree to the competition's privacy policy.
7.2. Required fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed for the submission to be valid.

§8 Conclusion and Image Publication Consent:

8.1. Participation in the nomination process for Stars Night Awards 2024 signifies acceptance of these rules. Wyspa TV reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the awards.
8.2. Participation in the event signifies unequivocal consent to the free publication of your image for promotional purposes of Stars Night Awards 2024 on all websites and social media platforms, as well as in marketing activities.

We want to inform you that each nominee wishing to participate in the Stars Night Awards 2024 ceremony, scheduled for October 5th, 2024, must purchase an admission ticket. Two types of tickets are available, Standard and VIP, allowing participants to tailor their attendance to their preferences.

A ticket purchase is essential for confirming attendance at the Gala and enables the organizers to ensure the highest standard of event preparation and service. The choice of ticket type depends on your preferences regarding the manner of participation in the Gala.
